Overview
Notchly is designed as a local-first Mac utility. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information for advertising or tracking.
Media information
Notchly may read media information available on your Mac to show what is currently playing and provide supported playback controls. This information is processed locally.
Calendar access
Calendar access is optional. If you grant permission, Notchly uses it to show upcoming events. Calendar information is not uploaded to a Vault by TEM account or server.
File Shelf
Files added to File Shelf remain on your Mac. Notchly does not upload File Shelf items unless you separately choose to share or move them using macOS.
System information
Notchly may read local system information such as battery status, charging state, audio device changes and lock or wake events to display its HUD features.
Local settings
Appearance, layout, timer and module preferences are stored locally on your Mac.
No account or subscription
Notchly does not require an account. It is offered as a one-time purchase with no subscription.
