Overview
Questa is a curiosity and learning app. This policy explains the types of information that may be used to provide features such as followed topics, saved discoveries, collections, Daily activity, games, reminders and subscription access.
Your Learning Activity
Questa may store app state such as topics you follow, items you save, collections, streak information, game progress and other preferences needed to provide the experience and keep it consistent across supported devices.
iCloud
Where enabled, Questa may use your iCloud account to sync supported user-state data across your Apple devices. iCloud data is handled through Apple's services and is subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Content and Service Infrastructure
Questa may use service providers for app content, infrastructure, reliability and AI-assisted content workflows. Information is processed only as needed to operate and support the relevant functionality.
Notifications
If you choose to enable reminders, Questa uses notification permission provided by your device. You can change notification permission in system settings and change reminder preferences in Questa.
Purchases
Questa Plus purchases and subscription information are handled through Apple and may be used to determine whether paid features are available to you. Vault by TEM does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
Security and Retention
Reasonable measures are used to protect information and reduce unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No online or cloud service can guarantee absolute security.
