Overview
Taskscope is a task and project planning app. It helps you manage tasks, projects, areas, phases, reminders, calendar context, attachments, collaboration, and related planning information.
Information You Add to the App
Taskscope may store information you choose to add, including task titles, notes, projects, phases, areas, checklist items, due dates, reminder dates, recurrence settings, attachments, project members, assigned tasks, and app preferences.
Local Storage and iCloud
Taskscope stores app data locally on your device. Where supported and enabled, Taskscope may use Apple services such as iCloud to sync data across your devices or support project collaboration. Data stored or synced through Apple services is handled by Apple under your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
Project Collaboration
If you use project collaboration, shared project information may be synced through iCloud so invited members can view or update shared project content, such as tasks, phases, project notes, members, assigned tasks, and activity updates.
Calendar and Reminders Access
If you allow Calendar access, Taskscope can show Apple Calendar events as planning context inside the app. If you allow Reminders access, Taskscope can import incomplete reminders or copy selected tasks into Apple Reminders. These permissions are optional and can be changed in system settings.
Photos, Files, and Attachments
Taskscope may let you attach images, PDFs, screenshots, documents, or other reference files to tasks or projects. These files are used to support your own planning workflow and remain part of the app data you choose to store.
Notifications
Taskscope may schedule local notifications for task reminders if you enable notifications. You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings.
Analytics and Tracking
Taskscope does not use third-party advertising tracking. Taskscope does not sell your personal information. If analytics or additional data collection are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated to explain what is collected and why.
